Navodaya Action Group is an NGO run mainly by Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Students (JNV Alumni) across the globe but also receives contributions from Non-Navodayans who are enthusiastic and determined to bring a change in the society through 'PAY BACK system'.

 Some key objectives of NAG:

• To establish the 'Payback System' in India (in particular) and society (in general).
• To propagate and realise the vision 2020 of India as a developed nation and facilitate societal congregation to achieve the goal of socio-economic equality in the Indian landscape.
• To propagate socio-economic consciousness and create  better educational condition and health awareness in deprived sections of the society . Regarding this goal, suitable actions will be taken (Education/Career Fair, Health Camps, AIDS awareness Camps, Seminars and other activities) from time to time.
• To empower women through educational, social and economical awareness, encouragement and assistance
• To promote and encourage the learning of new technologies and provide guidance to acquire e-knowledge.
• To unite the multifaceted Navodaya Students (Alumni) as well as other non-Navodayans who are enthusiastic and determined to fulfill the objectives of the organization (and are qualified for this as judged by Executive Committee) and provide them a platform to achieve the goal of NAG.
• To take actions to help mankind in any natural calamity/disaster across the globe.
